«Peterburgrekonstruktsiya» Public Corporation was founded in 1999 by a number of city building enterprises as a specialised company aimed to build and reconstruct buildings in the centre of St. Petersburg.

Main Activities:

• building and reconstruction investment projects management;
• investor, customer and general contractor functions;
• legal, financial and technical accompanying to the real-estate contracts;
• engineering and marketing services;
• housing and non-housing complexes management.

At present the «Peterburgrekonstruktsiya» Public Corporation is a large company which includes the following companies:

• «Sintez» Close Corporation – general contractor and common building works;
• «Phenix» Public Corporation – acs as a customer-builder;
• «Links» Close Corporation – a managing company in buildings and constructions exploitation;
• «ALB» Public Corporation – repair and building works;
• «MIM» Public Corporation – civil buildings construction;
• «Peterburgrekonstruktsiya» Public Corporation – acts as a customer-builder.

In 2004 the company celebrated its 5-th anniversary. It’s comparably small age for a building company, however we’ve shown ourselves as a reliable and successful company with a stainless business reputation, professional staff and a considerable potential in the future.

Nowadays the «Peterburgrekonstruktsiya» Public Corporation carries out building and engineering works and capital investments into 6 elite complexes in the historical part of St. Petersburg. The company also realises 3 commercial real estate and hotel business projects.
