The Association of Stock Institutes (www.asi.fincor.ru) was established in 1999 by a number of St. Petersburg and Vologda companies - professional participants of the stock market.
   Firstly the Association was established as the core of a future independent organization.
   Purposes of the Association:

• supporting its members in their professional activity;
• protection of interests of securities and futures markets professional participants;
• cooperation with controlling bodies, representation of professional community in authority bodies;
• lobbying of member's interests in legislature;
• improving of professional activity standards on the securities market, including standards of professional ethics;

   A particular emphasis is put on new technologies, which allow to increase reliability and effectiveness of all market participants' activity.
   One of priority directions of Association's activity is developing of projects to increase investment lure of the region and the country.
   The Association of Stock Institutes renders informational, methodical, technical and legal assistance to its members (and partly to their clients).
   President and Director General of the Non-profit partnership "Association of Stock Institutions" is Juminov Oleg Vasiljevich.
