Sadyrin, Pavel Fyodorovich
Chief Trainer
of the football team TsSKA (Moscow).
Born September 18, 1942 in Perm. Graduated from the Leningrad Lesgaft Physical Training Institute. In 1977 graduated from the Higher Trainers School (Moscow). He played for "Zvezda" football team in Perm. From 1965 played for Leningrad "Zenit" football team (12 seasons).
He is recognized as the best among a list of 33 greatest football players of the USSR. He played 333matches, scoring 37 goals. Having graduated from the Higher Trainers School became Deputy and from 1983- Chief Trainer of "Zenit". Under his management in 1984 "Zenit" reached the final of the USSR Cup and became Champion of the USSR for the first time in its history. In 1988 managed the Kherson football club "Kristal". From 1989 to1992 worked as Chief Trainer of the football team TsSKA (Moscow) coming second in the Championship of the USSR in 1990, Champion and Cup Winner in 1991, Cup Finalist of CIS in 1992.
From 1992 to 1994 was Chief Trainer of the Russian National Football Team coming winner in the selecting tournament of World 1992 Championship.
From December 1992 to November 1996 worked as Chief Trainer of the football team "Zenit". After three years stay in the First Division returned to the Premiere Division. Having been dismissed by the decision of shareholders of "Football Club "Zenit" joint venture became Chief Trainer of the football team TsSKA (Moscow).
Awarded The Honourary Diploma of the St.Petersburg Legislative Assembly in 1997.
