Mamleeva Ekatherina Khasjanovna

   Mountain-climber.
   Born on October 2, 1930.
   Radio engineer by education, graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics. All her life lived and worked in Leningrad. Has a son and a daughter, two grandsons.
   Her first mountaineering was in 1951, the last - in 1967; 59 climbs in the total. Master of sports - 1958.
   Achievements: 1956 - Amanauz, 5a; 1957 - Ptysh - Akbeksky Ridge - Dzhuguturlju-chat, 5a; 1958 - the first Soviet woman at seven thousands! - the Lenin Peak through Razdelnaya mountain. Instructor: third category - 1956, second category - 1958; worked as instructor for 258 days (6 seasons).
