Born in Saint-Petersburg. Has a higher technical education. She has worked many years as a programmer specialised in the automatic systems of control in Moscow. Starting from 1992 she has worked seven years as a director, rector and president of the privately owned higher educational institution.
She was an executive manager of culture and enlightment Baltic fund. Organised exhibitions. She is a member of the jury of the annual competition of young singers of Saint-Petersburg, took an active part in promotion of the web pages "Personalities of Saint-Petersburg" and Peterburgcity.com. She is the member of the international movement Business Profession Women (BPW), the founder of saint-Petersburg club of business women "Neva" (BPW).
She took part in the international conferences in Bristol and Helsinki.
She negotiated on the questions of business and collaboration in England, Sweden, Ciprus, Hungary, Germany and France.
She writes poetry and songs, sculptures (smaller forms).
