Born on January 12 in 1968 in Leningrad.

In 1992 graduated from Leningrad engineer and building institute with a high level of achievement, specialised in the economy and management in mechanical engineering.

From 1995 he worked in the open joint-stock company "Brewery Company "Baltika" as a head of the group of marketing and economical analysis. From 1998 - the head of the department of marketing and economical analysis.

In January 2001 he was appointed manager on finance and economy.

From 2002 he is the vice-president on finance and economy.

From 2003 - the head of Finance Committee.
