Loktionov Victor Leonidovich
St.-Petersburg's vice-governor.
Coordinates the activities of the Construction Department, the City Construction and Architecture Committee, Department of the State Non-departmental Assessment of St.-Petersburg, Flood DefenseConstructions Department. Conducts the work of the City Constructional Council and the City Investment-Tender Commission.
Born in 1962. After secondary school graduation, at 16, he started working as a construction worker. Upon graduating from college started to work as a foreman, then the head of the site, then entered the Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute (St.-Petersburg University of Economics and Finance). In 1990 became deputy manager of the "MZhKStroi"trust. Later organized the first small enterprise within the trust and worked as its director. After its transformation into the JSC "Stroyinservice" joint-stock enterprise Victor Loktionov became its General Manager. In 1992 he was invited to be the first deputy of the general manager of the Building Construction Group.
