Vice-governor of St. Petersburg
K. V. Kondakov was born on April 13, 1953, in the town of Tosno of the Leningrad region. He has three Diplomas of higher education, he is Ph.D. in economics and mastered German language.
Since 1975 till 1983 Konstantin Valentinovich Kondakov worked as deputy chief of scientific lab, was senior foreman and secretary of the Communist Party Bureau of the Karpov factory of synthetic detergents.
Since 1983 till 1989 he worked as instructor and deputy chief of the Moscovskyi regional Committee of the Communist Party.
Since 1989 till 1991 K. V. Kondakov is deputy chairman of the executive Committee of the Moskovskyi regional Counsel and chairman of the Planning Commission.
Since 1993 K. V. Kondakov is deputy head of the Moskovskyi region Administration.
