Tyulkin, Victor Arkadyevich
First Secretary
of the Central Committee of the Russian Workers Communist Party.
Born May 14, 1951. Graduated from the Leningrad Mechanical Institute as an engineer and a mechanic in 1974. Worked as a worker, as a foreman, as a site manager, as a manager at "Leningrad North Factory" and as a manager of a department "Komponent, Avant-garde" factory.
Was elected Secretary of the party committee of the USSR Communist Party at the Avant-garde factory and member of the Leningrad Party Committee of the CPSU. Was elected member of the Central Committee at the Constituent Congress of the Russian Federation Communist Party in 1990. At the 28th Congress of the CPSU acted as part of the minority against "the treatment of socialism with capitalism". About a quarter of the delegates voted for it.
Member of the Executive Committee of the Russian political movement "Labouring Russia".
Since 1994, has been the Managing Editor of the "Labouring Russia" newspaper- the central printed body of the Russian Communist Party. In 1995 headed the federal list of the candidates for the State Duma deputies of the elective block "Communist Labouring Russia- For the Soviet Union".
Author of more than 50 political articles.
