Tsereteli Elena Otarievna

   Chairwoman of St. Petersburg Mechant's Club regional social organization.
   Born in Georgia in 1966. Admitted to Leningrad Textile Institute in 1986. Admitted to St. Petersburg Journalists' Association's School of Journalism in 1994 (graduated the same year). Student of St. Petersburg's Herzen State Pedagogical Institute's Psychological Faculty at the present time.
   Worked as Director of the School of Journalism, as Deputy Chief Editor of "St. Petersburg Magazine" newspaper, as Chief Editor of "St. Petersburg News" agency. Chairwoman of St. Petersburg Merchant's Club since its foundation.
