Content of the conception of organization of the "Peace and Consent" public museum

The museum will function in the system of national and world culture. It is a secular organization in a secular state. The basics of its activities are:

1. Realization of constitutional principles of the freedom of conscience, deferential positions with regard to all the religions and traditions of free-thinking, consideration of them as of the equal and equivalent ways of man's orientation in culture and the universe.
2. Understanding of peace and consent as one of the fundamental dominants in the history of development of the human culture, of historical and spiritual existence of peoples, nations, states and a man as a complex spiritual and social system necessary for functioning and development of the society with the account of historical change of a man, society, religion, culture, views.
3. Recognition of the principles of peace and consent as a form of the humanity search of answers for the basic questions of human existence, willingness to reorganize ourselves, to reorganize the society, and, probably, the environment.
4. Attitude towards all the religions, cults, believes, religious organizations, associations and trends in the past and in the present as to the objectively existing phenomena in Russia and abroad.
5. Recognition of the historical appropriateness of existence of a variety of religious believes focused on solving of the problems of peace with the help of the principles of peace and consent.
6. Recognition of the imperishable cultural, historical, religious and artistic values of the preserved cultural monuments, the set-up of the optimal conditions for the preservation of them for future generations.
7. Understanding of the past as well as of the tendencies of the future development of the principles of peace and consent, the transformation of them in the process of the human society development, development of the actual and prospective generally philosophical, applied and other problems of national and international peaceful existence, strengthening of peace and consent.
8. Adoption of the principles of dialogue, mutual understanding and respect between people of different religions, cultures, nations and states, including their relations towards the past and the future.
9. Application of modern technologies, methods of perception, publications and communications for the tasks and objectives realization.
10. Recognition of the past and presence of the current development of various trends and believes related to strengthening of peace and consent, the search of forms of interrelations between states and peoples for peace and consent achievement.
11. Recognition of the democratic transformations in various states and in Russia as the very important factor of peace and consent on our planet.
12. Recognition of the belief that the achievement of peace and consent between the states and peoples is possible only in interaction of their cultures, science, economics and education based on the human principles of goodness, trust, mutual understanding and respect of nationalities and religions.
13. Recognition of the belief that the states of the world are to fortify in their main laws the principles of peace and consent, to economically ensure their life and to develop these ideas in their practices through the authoritative structures both within the country and outside its boundaries.
14. Set up of the mechanism ensuring interrelation of various cultures: both the existing and the past in order to perceive the process of peace and consent in various states and peoples. The new ideas in museology are necessary, including the society's and man's museum relation towards the past, current and the future reality.
15. Substantiation and development of the idea of the uniqueness of our own destination in the system of national and world culture.
