Rosenbaum Aleksander Yakovlevich
Singer, composer and poet.
Born September 13, 1951 in Leningrad, graduated from a musical school. Graduated from Leningrad's First Medical Institute named after I.P. Pavlov.
Worked as an ambulance service doctor.
Began to compose songs in 1967, participated in "The Argonauts" rock band.
A.Ya. Rosenbaum has entered the professional music stage in 1980, performing with such bands as "Pulse", "The Six Youths" and "Singing Guitars".
Aleksander Rosenbaum began his solo performances in 1983. He has played a series of concerts in Afghanistan. Rosenbaum constantly performs for veterans. Every year he plays a solo concert on Palace Square on Victory Day (May 9).
He has acted in such films as "Begin from Scratch", "In Order to Survive" and "Escape to the Edge of the World".
Rosenbaum has published collections of poetry titled "Prolonged Leap" and "The White Bird of Fortune".
Married, has a daughter.
