Kalinina, Tatyana Alexandrovna
Poet.
Born May 15, 1948 in Leningrad. Graduated in Russian Philology from Leningrad State University Philological Faculty.
Since 1971 has been working at the All-Union (now- Russian) Pushkin museum. At present works as the managing researcher at the exhibition department.
Author of poems published in periodic editions and song collections, of songs to films and plays Written in cooperation with composers such as Petrov A. (films "Blue Bird" and "White Bim With a Black Ear"), Banevich S. (film "Niccolo Paganini") etc.
Author of the poetic libretto of the plays "Kay and Gerda's History" (Mariinsky Theatre), "Farewell to Arbat" and "About a Hussar"(the Musical Comedy Theatre), "A Song About the Volga"(the Vasilyevsky Ostrov Satire Theatre), "A Blue Bird", "A Nightingale", "Snow White and Seven Dwarfs" (the Bolshoy Puppet Theatre), "A Bear" (Smolensky Theatre) etc.
Editor- compiler of the book " The Rayevskye" by Galushko T.K..
Translates the works by Baltic poets.
Winner of a number of songs contests.
