Satirical writer.
   Born January 17, 1945 in Leningrad. Graduated from the Leningrad Lensoviet Technological Institute. Author of literary pieces performed on stage by such artists as G. Khazanov, K. Novikova and E. Shifrin. Author of A.I. Raikin's last play titled "Peace on Your House". Author of 5 books and of the NTV channel's comedy TV series "The Losers". Laureate of the International "Golden Ostap" Writers' Satire and Humour Contest (1994). Elected Deputy of the Vasileostrovsky district's 8th municipal unit in February 1998.
