   Born November 19, 1963 in Semipalatinsk. Graduated from the Leningrad Marshall Ustinov's Mechanics Institute.
   Graduated from the Interdisciplinary Institute of Continued Education and Management at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, majoring in Corporate Management. Has an international "Master of Business Administration and Enterprise Direction" certificate. Trained in 1999 at the Berlin Infrastructure Academy in the field of Strategic Marketing and Global Economy.
   Worked as a software engineer at the Arsenal association (1987-90), Lead Programmer at the Aktiv and NEP companies (1990-91), Director of Amata Inc. (1992-93), General Director of Central Depositionary Inc. (1993-97), General Director of St. Petersburg Central Registartion Company Ltd. (1997). Executive Director of the Predportovy Mill Factory Inc. (October 1997 - present). Elected General Director of the Predportovy Factory in July 1998.
   Married, has two children.
