General Director of N.K. Krupskaya Confectionery Factory joint stock company.
   Born January 22, 1938 in Leningrad. In 1962 she has graduated from National Correspondence Institute of Food Industry, specializing in confectionery production technology and engineering. She worked as engineer in charge of norming, as Deputy Chief of a candy shop, as Chief of Labor Organization and Salary Department. In 1978 she was elected Secretary of Leningrad Confectionery Industry Association's party committee. Since 1986 she has been heading N.K. Krupskaya Confectionery Factory.
   Awarded the Order of Honor, received the honorary title of Accomplished Food Industry Worker of Russia, awarded a Veteran of Labor medal and a medal "For Valorous Labor".
   N.I. Stepanova is the only Russian winner of the international Candy Kettle Award, given by the European Confectionery Club for successes in confectionery production.
   Awarded the highest public prize of the Association of Industry Unions "For Abundance and Flourishing of Russia" in "Preservation of Russian production traditions" nomination.
