Sisoev Alexander Lvovich

General director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Fuel and Energy Complex of saint-Petersburg".

Alexander L. Sisoev was born on December 24 1960 in Leningrad.

In 1984 ã.he graduated from the pipeline building faculty of Leningrad energy institute(the former plant-higher technical education institution at the industry association "Leningrad Mechanical Plant"), specialised as "engineer and heat technician".

From 1984 till 1993 he worked as an engineer, leading engineer, the head of the department in building and construction bureau "Turbina" on Leningrad metal plant, took part in project making and assembling of turbo plants with the power of 50-1000 MVt at Surgut and Tbilisi State Regional Electric Power Station, Kalinin, Hmelnitsk and Rovensk Nuclear Power Station, Heat Electric Power Station Topilla (Finland), Jugoenergo (Jugo).

From 1993 till 2003 Alexander L. Sisoev was the head of the engineering company "Lonas technology", specialising in building and reconstruction of the energy and fuel industrial objects. Among the clients of "Lonas technology" were the biggest metallurgy groups of enterprises of Russia open joint stock company "MMK" (Magnitogorsk), open joint stock company"ÍÒÌÊ" (Nijniy Tagil), open joint stock company "Mechel" (Chelabinsk), Sokolovsko-Sorbaevsky State Concentrating Complex (Kazakhstan), open joint stock company "Ammofos" (Ekatherinburg), and also electric power stations of the energy systems of the Russian Joint Stock Company United Energy Systems and municipal enterprises of communal services of the number of Russian regions. Under the guidance of Mr. Sisoev the company "Lonas technology" has become the leader in its area according to the volume of the delivered services.

Starting from November 2003 he is the general director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Fuel and Energy Complex of saint-Petersburg".

Alexander L. Sisoev is married, has three children.
