Likhachev Andrei Nikolayevich

   Born in Grozny in 1965. Graduated from the Leningrad State University's Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Control Processes.
   Stages of his work in the area of main specialization: engineer, mathematician at "Electroautomatics" Research and Production Enterprise.
   Academic advisor and corresponding member of the St. Petersburg Engineering Academy.
   In 1990 he has been elected deputy of St. Petersburg's Kirovsky Council of People's Deputies. He served as Chairman of a permanent commission on business activity.
   From 1992 to 1995 Andrei Likhachev worked as Chief of the Kirovsky district State Property Management Committee. He participated in the development of the Outline of St. Petersburg State Property Management System, adopted by City Government in December, 1994.
   A. Likhachev has been appointed Chief of the Petrodvorets district administration in October, 1995.
   Since October 1997 he has been First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Management Committee. He became Chairman of the Committee in August 1998.
   A.N. Likhachev is married with a son and a daughter.
   A.N. Likhachev's main hobby is sports. He is Candidate Master of Sports in sprint racing. From 1985 to 1991 he has been a member of the city's track and field athletics team. He is currently a member of the City Government's soccer team.
   A.N. Likhachev has been elected President of the city's Track and Field Athletics Federation on November 3, 1998.
   General Director of OAO "Lenenergo" since October, 1999.
