Karmazinov Felix Vladimirovich
General director of the St. Petersburg Water Reservoir; Master’s degree in Technical Sciences; acting correspondent member of the Academy of Engineering.
Born on October 6, 1943 in Kronshtadt. F. V. Karmazinov has two higher education diplomas. In 1966 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Water Vehicles with a major in Ship Equipment and Mechanisms. In 1982 he graduated from Higher Education Courses. From 1967 until 1974 he had worked at the Marine factory in Kronshtadt as the chief master and deputy manager. From 1974 until 1977 he was the head of Kronshtadt branch of the Mayak textile company. In the years between 1977 and 1980 he served as the deputy chairman and second secretary of the Acting Committee of Kronshtadt regional government. From 1983 until 1987 he was the president of the Deputies’ Committee. Beginning 1987 he works in the administration of the Leningrad Water Reservoir.
F. V. Karmazinov is the initiator of many environmental projects directed at preservation and conservation of ecology. He was awarded many honorable titles and medals, such as the Badge of Honor and the Survivor of the Leningrad Blockade. Unquestionably, he is one of the leaders of the North-Western regions of Russia, a person who possesses high communication skills and intellect.
