General manager of "Jilstrojinvest".

He was born in 1954 in Ashhabad, his father was in the military. In 1971 he graduated from the Leningrad Engineering and Building Institute with the degree of "engineer-builder-technologist".

Starting from 1976 and till 1980 he worked in House building Complex ¹3. His career there started from the foremen and ended in the position of the deputy manager of the section.

In 1980-1981 he was in the armed forces of USSR, then he returned to his work in House building Complex ¹3 in 1985-86 he worked in Krasnoselskij district party committee, first as an instructor, later as the manager of the industry and transport department. In 1986 - 1988 he worked as an instructor of the building department of Leningrad region party committee.

In 1988 he established the enterprise "Energomashjilstroj"(then "Jilstrojinvest") that created the project of the modern house building complex, specialising in the building of houses of the "Contact" system. (Now this project is realised in Sertolovskij house building complex). He holds Ph.D in economy.
