Chebotarev Ivan Anatolievich
General director of the "Bavaria" beer brewery plant. Born on May 11, 1960. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of the Refrigeration Industry. With a work experience of over 20 years, Mr. Chebotarev has been awarded the title of an Honored Food Industry Worker of the Russian Federation. Had published over 10 scientific works on creating new sorts of beer and kvas, which have later received prizes in various international contests, holds 4 patents to various technological inventions. Married with one daughter. "Bavaria" is one of the oldest breweries in the country, established by a group of Russian bankers and industrialists in 1863. Currently on of the foremost breweries in Russia and a recognized leader in the industry. "Bavaria" produces a variety of beers, including "Light", "Dark", "Traditional" and "Festive". Saint-Petersburg Administration's award " For high-quality products and loyalty to the traditions of Russian beer brewing" has reaffirmed the enterprise's success, as have the gold prizes at the exhibitions in Moscow in 1997 and 1998, in Saint-Petersburg in 1996 and in Sochi in 1997.
