General Director of Admiralty Dockyards ("Admiralteiskie Verfi") State
Born October 10, 1944 in Leningrad. Graduated from the Leningrad
Shipbuilding Institute in 1967.
After graduation he has begun to work as a foreman at Admiralty
Dockyards, where he subsequently took the posts of Deputy Chief, Chief of the
shop, Deputy General Director of production, Chief Engineer.
In 1985 he was appointed General Director of Admiralty Dockyards.
One of the main experts in the area of underwater shipbuiling,
supervised the construction of ships equipped with nuclear energetics devices.
Candidate of Technical Sciences. Member of the St. Petersburg
Laureate of the Russian State Award.
Married with two children.
