Born on January 31, 1962 in Leningrad.
   Received higher education, graduating from Leningrad Finance and Economy Institute in 1984, specializing in economics. Candidate of Economics.
   In 1979-1984 A.B. Miller studied at Leningrad Finance and Economy Institute.
   In 1984-1986 he worked as economiv analyst at LenNIIProekt science research institute.
   In 1986-1989 he was a graduate student at LenNIIProekt.
   In 1990 he worked as junior researcher at LenNIIProekt.
   1990-1991 - work in Leningrad City Council's Executive Committee's Committee on economic reform.
   1991-1996 - worked as Department Chief, Deputy Chief of a Board, Deputy Chairman of a Committee and Chief of External Affairs Committee's board.
   1996-1999 - worked as Chief of JSC "St. Petersburg Sea Port"'s Development and Investments Board.
   1999-2000 - General Director of JSC "Baltic Pipeline System".
   In the year 2000 he worked as Deputy Minister of Energetics.
   On May 30, 2001, A.B. Miller was appointed Chairman of "Gazprom"'s administrative board.
   Married, has a son.
