Born in 8 November 1962 in Leningrad.

In 1985 graduated from the Leningrad Technical Institute by “research engineer” specialization. Since 1985 till 1991 he had been engaged in research and educational work and in the same time he graduated from the post-graduate course in the Technical Institute.

Since 1992 he had been working in the “ASCO-PETERBURG” insurance company as a deputy director, insurance director, first deputy director general.

In October 1997 he was invited to Moscow as a deputy chairman of the “ROSGOSSTRAH” joint-stock company. In this company he fulfilled the duties as a deputy director general and as an executive direction member.

In Mart 1999 Pavel Zubrilin became a Chief Executive Officer of the Joint Stock Insurance Company “Russky Mir”.

Married and brings up a son.
