"Marketing, Consulting, Design" ("MCD") was officially registered in 1991. Today the company is an operational holding, consisting of the MCD auditing company and JS MCD Partner consulting company. The company is privately owned by Russian individuals.
   MCD is an associate member of the international Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) association, a large consulting group with several hundreds offices in 100 countries worldwide. All PKF branches use the same business techniques and quality standards. It is ranked among the six largest world auditing and consulting corporations servicing Central and Eastern Europe. PKF is St. Petersburg government's official consultant in a number of important areas. Through its partnership with PKF, MCD gains access to information about the newest Western techniques of bookkeeping, auditing, management and marketing. It is also given information on taxes, legislation, business regulations and international partnership.
   MCD has for several years been one of the 20 largest auditing and consulting companies of Russia, which is a sign of its maturity and stability.
