Kheiphits Mikhail Vechiaslavovitch, the General Director of the Joint-Stock Company "Middle and Large Tonnage Shipbuilding Concern".
Born in 4 September 1953 in Pushkin city of the Leningrad region.
He graduated from the Sevastopol High Naval Engineering Collage in 1975, the Moscow Finance-Economic Institute in 1895, the Presidents' Public Service Academy in 1997.
Since 1975 till 1981 he did his military service on the atomic submarines of the second submarine flotilla in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski, since 1981 till 1993 served at the Military Representatives to the Ministry of Defence (his last post was the commander of the 878-th Military Representatives to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation), since 1993 till 1997 served at the Central Machinery of the Chief Naval Staff where he had been finishing his military service as a commander of the Department to control activities of the Military Representatives to the Naval Fleet at the industry enterprises under the Deputy Armament Commander-in - chief of the Naval Fleet.
In 1997 he was appointed the Deputy Director of the State Order and Military & Technical Collaboration Department in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the Russian Federation, then he became the Deputy Director of the Military & Technical Collaboration Department in the Ministry of Commerce of the Russian Federation.
Since 1999, January he worked as the Executive Director - head of the Naval Fleet's Munition &Services Department in the "Rosvooruzhenie" State Company.
In 2000, May Mikhail Kheiphits became the First Deputy Chairman of the Joint-Stock Bank "Interregional Investment Bank" and one month later he was elected as the Chairman of Board of the Directors of the Joint-Stock Company "Amursk Shipyard" in Komsomolsk-na-Amure and of the Joint-Stock Company "Vympel" Shipyard" in Rybinsk.
Since 2001, Mart he became the General Director of the Joint-Stick Company "Middle and Large Tonnage Shipbuilding Concern".
Mikhail Kheiphits is a member of the St. Petersburg Academy of the Engineering Science, "shipbuilding" department; the Doctor of the Economic Science, professor. He was awarded by 11 medals and 1 order. He is the Captain in the reserve, married and has one child.
