General Director of Arfa ("Harp") Inc. (the former Lunacharsky Factory)
   Born October 18, 1948 in the Georgian town of Marneuli. Graduated from the local boarding school in 1966. In 1967 he has completed his studies at a Leningrad professional school. Graduated from the Leningrad Timber Academy in 1974 while continuing to work.
   His work experience started at an electrical mechanic's position; later he has worked as an electrical technician, Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, Chief of Labour Protection Bureau, Chief of Energy Mechanics Section, Deputy Commercial Director, acting Director of the Factory.
   In 1985 he has begun working at a Leningrad production association manufacturing musical instruments at the position of Deputy General Director of commercial issues. In 1993, after the break-up of the association, he became the head of the Lunacharsky Factory. After its privatization in 1993 he was elected Director of Arfa Inc., where he continues to work today.
   Married with three children.
